I have been coached by Kate for the last year through my work. She has been incredibly helpful in several ways, and I always look forward to our sessions together! Not only does Kate help untangle tricky workplace situations, like giving feedback, time management, communication with supervisors, and more, but she does so in a non-judgmental way. She also helps break down any challenge into smaller, manageable chunks, and I always feel prepared to move forward through that challenge after speaking with her.
