Rates
I operate on a sliding scale that allows me to support my family through clients whose budget can accommodate my full rate and allows me to be of service to my community when and where budget is a limitation.
Full Rates (inclusive of preparation time and expenses):

Coaching & Consultation: $300/hr
- In-person speaking/facilitation (existing content): $3500/day
- In-person speaking/faciltiation (original content): $5500/day

Coaching
As a coach, I help you define what you want to be true. Then I hold up a mirror to show you your existing wisdom and strength. You find your own way, I come along for the ride.
Consultations
When you want my advice or expertise, I call that consulting. I’ll sit with you to understand your needs and goals and then suggest approaches and strategies that help you get where you’re going next.
Keynote Address
If you are looking for an authentic voice to inspire, inform, and engage your audience I’d be happy to come share my stories. My keynote addresses are interactive and always leave participants wanting more.
Needs Assessment
One of my most developed gifts is attuning to the needs of others. I’ll apply that gift in your group or organization to understand what’s at the root of the problems we’re trying to solve. We’ll also take what we learn and turn it into a plan for action.
Retreat Hosting & Facilitation
Whether it’s a one time meeting or a multi-day retreat, I love gathering people and helping us move together toward a common goal. My masterful facilitation will engage each voice at the table and leave you with a plan of action.
